My insulation was done on Monday 15th August. I just wanted to complement the team.  They were very professional and very friendly. If that is the team presenting your company on a day to day basis then it’s something to be very proud of. Even Eben Steyn mentioned to me last night how impressed he was with your team. Having dealt with many contractors since moving into our new house a year ago, I have come across every type of service from Poor to WORSE.

It has been some time since I have been blown away by incredible service.

Upon contacting Eco-Insulation, I dealt with Richard Ellis, who was informative, kind and professional. He set up an appointment immediately with David Renecle who came to inspect my property and supply me with a quotation. David was kind, funny and also extremely informative on the product. I received the quotation that evening and immediately accepted as it was competitive with other suppliers and exactly what we asked for.

Richard contacted me the next day to set up a time for installation and introduced me to Charles Viljoen who would be heading the install. Charles arrived with his team, albeit slightly late, but he had called me to advise they were lost 🙂 So communication was key! Charles and his team were fast, efficient and entertaining. Extremely professional and they did a sterling job!

Completely and utterly blown away by such rare excellent service.

Please pass on my thanks to your Installs team that did my installation, they picked up on an issue with my geyser and notified my dad who was onsite during the installation, thus they allowed us to avert a geyser bursting and all that goes with that, as well as doing a very professional job, clean and neat with very little clean-up require post installation.

My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism of the installation team. They were in and out our house in just under three hours.
